We ventured out into the world of Monterey Park tonight, to explore the Taiwanese part of the city. The first place we stopped at, fail, no cards accepted, and we had no cash, so no dice, on to the next. Luckily we didn't have to travel far as our journey continued just 400 feet to Liang's Kitchen, and to our surprise, Coco, a boba/tea/juice spot right next door.
